Within this event, a panel of experts will present a topic on Cannabis at the conference. The topics will range from a basic introduction to cannabis to its effects on different illnesses.

The conference aims to inform and educate participants on the latest developments in the field of integrative medicine around the use of medical cannabis, as well as its application in pain management for treating various conditions.

Joining us from the US, Europe and Australia, our subject matter experts this year will also include speakers from the Malaysian Ministry of Health to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the subject. Our keynote speaker for the afternoon will be Prof. Dr. Mike Barnes, Neurologist and Rehabilitation Physician from the UK, who will be presenting on “Clinical Experience on Epilepsy with Medical Cannabis (feat. Hannah Deacon)”.

Be a Certified Medical Cannabis Professional

In addition, we are excited to announce that we will be introducing the first of four certification courses on the subject, with a Professional Certification Course in Medical Cannabis (Level 1) to be held on 17th October 2022. Credits gained from the conference attendance will be applicable for the course. Levels 1 and 2 are good opportunities to get certified in medical cannabis and are open to all industry players, including advocacies, growers, stakeholders, parents, caregivers, as well as anyone interested in the subject.
